METAR reports

Plugin for reading METAR reports (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/METAR or http://www.schwarzvogel.de/software-pymetar.shtml). This could be convenient for nowcasting and 2 hours forecasting.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
