TSG and too few soil layers
When the user uses TSG as a lower boundary condition, there need to be enough soil layers, otherwise we run into numerical troubles (crazy temperatures, strong variations between time steps, etc).
We should consider warning the user if there is not enough soil to dampen the temperature variations (either on number of layers, or soil depth or thermal capacity).
