luvDriftIndex calculated per virtual slope, instead of cumulating all vslopes into one index.
Overhaul of the driftindex. Previously, the luvdriftIndex was cumulated over all vslopes (aspects) in the 24 hr summation. This lead to the luvdriftIndex being the same for all aspects. Now, by defining Zwischendata and cumsum.drift as a vector with dimension nSlopes, the drift index is calculated separately for each aspect. The mainstation drift index is maintained with its original definition. IMPORTANT to note: The luvdriftindex is now defined as the drift DEPOSITED on that slope. This allows users (forecasters) to quickly see which aspects are expected to have wind slabs.
Also, the density used in the calculation of the driftindex is now customizable through the namelist. The default remains the irrealistically low value of 77 kg/m3, so compatibility with current use is maintained, but other users can pick their own, more realistic value.
Suggestions for further improvement are to take the typical_slope_length and fetch_length into the namelist as well. Lastly, if for some reason there is a demand for the old, cumulative luvdriftindex, this could easily be facilitated by a namelist option that triggers a summation over the nSlopes dimension.
