Adding snow depth and mass corrections from inflate/deflate to smet output

This merge request is to add the snow depth and mass corrections from inflate/deflate to *.smet output.

It will only be written to the output, when INFLATE_ALLOW = TRUE in the [SNOWPACK] section of the configuration.

For completeness, check with virtual slopes simulations if the output is correct, before merging.
